Bob used to be a lawyer. The lawyer said it wouldn't be a problem. You wouldn't think a promoter would waste other promoters, networks, sites, his fighter and the fans time if he wasn't certain.

I agree. But because Bob lied, does that make Eddie look any less like an ass? His responsibility is to AJ, not Bob Arum. It seems like everyone could see this Wilder thing was more complicated than thought except Eddie. You think he doesn't have lawyers of his own he could go to for advice?

I know for some people he can do no wrong. I'm just giving my 2 cents.

Arum has lost the plot recently. Publicly ripping in to Crawford, putting Lopez fight to bids then trying to threaten other networks not to bid. Blatently lying about a Bud v Pac fight and then Blatently lying about having a big announcement about Crawford.

Its the American way though. Not just content to do their own thing they feel the need to bad mouth the rivals constantly to play them down to try to raise yourself. Americans are just dirty and cheap.

Hearn, Matchroom, DAZN are doing well right now so it's guna bring large amounts of saltiness and jealousy from the Americans cuz that's just what they do. Especially when that person or company isn't American. It's just how the yanks role.

I don't like any of these promoters but if I had to choose one over the others it would be Hearn. With Arum, he is so slippery and conniving you can't trust him, especially when it comes to a huge amount of money like this. Many stereotypes become stereotypes for good reason. If you interact with enough people in any type of business setting (especially on the east coast), it won't take long for you to realize that this one is legitimate.

Hearn is the best promoter in the business now, arum is a cheap screw and obviously very jealous of being outsmarted and outshined by Eddie. When AJ kos Fury, hes also knocking out arum. what else does the cheap screw have besides Fury???
