Arreola looked great his last time out, Ruiz looked horrible.
    BUT
Unless Ruiz is fooling us again and is 285+, even the very best version of Arreola would be unlikely to see the final bell.

    Ruiz by KO, round 8

he looked great? a bit hyperbolic there. first off he lost. second he was fighting a face first fighter with no defense. that is the best style for an old shot fighter to fight. think mosley-marg. oh mosley is back! p4p #3! derrrpppp and on the flip side ruiz looked bad because he faced someone moving and boxing. arreola was getting gift decisions against random journeymen who simply boxed him so i would expect ruiz to easily outbox him as well

He fought well against an undefeated Kownacki and actually set a record for punches thrown by a HW in a 12 round contest. He lost on the cards but was in better shape than I've ever seen him. As opposed to Ruiz who looked about as bad as a defending champ has ever looked.

Arreola was in great shape, "looked great" might have been a stretch.

after getting paid off to lose the rematch against the PED monster joshua I see Ruiz dropped a lot of weight and is working real hard for Chris?? he is supposed to be in great shape. he is a humble likable guy

Did Hearn also force Ruiz to not train and come in heavy?

So basically Hearn paid Andy Ruiz to not train and show up overweight? Why go a full 12 rounds then? Wouldn’t it be easier to just take a dive?

how would Ruiz get knocked out by a guy running away from him?

My point is that there are easier ways to throw a fight, not that I think Ruiz did that but for the sake of argument. Also Andy didn’t get that cut on his eye from AJ running.
