What? He never said he had the money. He shopped around for site offers and presented them to Fury's side and both sides agreed on which one to accept. He's now trying to get the deal locked in. They should have picked a more reliable offer, Saudi's have messed Pacquiao around a few times. But they ALL agreed to go with it.

They rarely actually have the funds and get fights made over there. I don't blame Arum for letting Eddie do all the work. Many tried before in that desert sheeithole region only to waste their time. Eddie somehow got that Joshua vs Ruiz rematch done there. I was surprised that fight was made there and actually happened. I won't be surprised if this fight doesn't happen since it's in that region. It's sad it isn't happening in the UK.
