There will be three judges from a 3rd party country (US) but I wouldn't necessarily call them "neutral" until we see who's selected and how they score it.

Saunders team trying to make it seem like Alvarez has had Mexican judges for his fights. All or at least his highest profile fights have had an all American panel, and should stay that way since neither man is from the U.S. Saunders trying to make a thing about this tells me he plans to run around all night and he's hoping some judge throws him a bone.

Doesn't matter where the judges are from, Billy has to knock Canelo out to win this fight, and that ain't happening.

                Europeans never seem
to get this....the USA isn’t some monolithic country where there is one law....it’s a collection of states and territories, each with its own state laws and state governments and agencies. Texas’ commission may not work the same as Nevada’s or New York’s or Florida’s etc etc etc.

Billy Joe has to What? KO Canelo? Even Billy Foe doesn't think he can do that, or he wouldn't be crying about the officials.
