I share the same sentiment, the ref had terrible officiating. Was especially annoyed when he halted the action in the 12th round when Diaz was mounting an assault.

That’s dumb. The ref was on Diaz’ side towards the end there. He should have 100% stopped the fight when Diaz was unresponsive and taking a beating in the ropes but instead gave him every opportunity to finish the fight on his feet, including a 10 count in complete slow motion.
