Comments Thread For: Manuel Charr To Proceed With May 15 Date, With Or Without Christopher Lovejoy

Mahmoud (Manuel) Charr once again finds himself involved in a fight whose status is directly impacted by Don King. Plans remain in place for the former secondary titlist to return to the ring on May 15 in Hamburg, Germany, though chances remain slim for a planned showdown with unbeaten fringe contender Christopher Lovejoy.

WBA is responsible for this hot garbage. Guy is Lucas Browne level journeyman.

The headline clearly means that Charr is prepared to fight himself if necessary.

Ceylan says he is not sure what's happening but everyone else is... he got badly played by DK and WBA in losing the title and now is getting badly played again. Why is he too scared to enforce his rights? Rocchigianni got $24 M when the WBC pulled something similar!

You should correct the title. It's disrespectful to use his former name imo.

Why did Loverjoy not fight Bryan fight the title instead of Stevine would have been a better fight

Perhaps he can fly ol' Bermaine over as a replacement fighter should Lovejoy not make the event. He should be properly healed after his "war" with Bryan. Failing that, there's always the aforementioned Fees Oquendo.
