Mr. Taylor has unfinished business at 140 by the name of Mario Barrios and Jose Zepeda, if indeed he gets past Ramirez. Cute how Taylor, Prograis and Ramirez all hide at 140 for as long as they can too.

If Lopez is not completely ******, he will rematch Lomachenko soon.

Because this is the biggest fight for him, still.

So, because Lomachenko did not want to fight his mandatory (Haney), and asked for a way out,, the wbc obliged, and gave him an imaginary belt, and elevated Haney to full champion, and rightfully so.

It pains me that this sport has devolved from fans enjoying great fighters fighting other great fighters, to weirdos making excuses for fighters they are fans of.

I also don't understand, why Haney gets as much hate as he does, when day after day, all you hear is other good fighters in his weight class make excuses as to why they don't want to fight him. But that's what its come to,, because these fighters know their man-fans will continue to make excuses for them to not fight the other top fighters in their weight class.

I'm not a Haney fan. I think he's good, but not great. But the young man should not be punished because ALL the other good fighters in his weight class avoid him, and deny him the opportunity to prove whether he's great or not. It's time to cut the ****in s#it.
Lomachenko didn't avoid Haney. Weirdo's claimed he was ducking Lopez, so he made the fight. But the actual weirdo's saw the fight was going to happen, so did a U-turn and then claimed Loma was ducking Haney instead in order to keep the smear on Loma. I mean, when could he have fought Haney and Lopez at the same time? When was this Haney fight supposed to happen?

Oh, if your post wasn't filled with enough irony already, i look down and see a picture of Spence there. Lets see if you can read your post and look at the Spence picture at the same time and see what i'm laughing at.

P.S You stay Black. You hear me? Now you know that i know. You're just too obvious with it.

So Taylor has unfinished business at 140 against two insignificant fighters, but he's also hiding out at 140? Learn what a contradiction is so as not to look ******.

Taylor is fighting for undisputed at 140 before moving up to 147. But if there's a good fight to be had at 140 before his move, i'm sure he'll give it consideration.

I’m just a pure boxing fan, do not choose boxers by race or popularity.
I’m trying to think as far as information provided. I agree with your assessment if details are true.
I have heard two stories about Loma and the franchise belt. I heard from a boxing insider, Loma was petition by WBC as they believed he was KING and wanted to let him chase full undisputed status without mandos. I also read on several blogs he petition for the franchise belt. I do believe Loma was top dog but if the latter is true then Devin must be fought and the undisputed talk needs to be halted. If it’s the first situation, Lopez must fight Haney for full status. Now as a person who works in front and behind camera, I know many things online can be twisted and changed depends on the messenger. Ultimately they should just box and get it solved but knowing the best don’t always fight the best, my mind says Lopez is top dog but technically undisputed is not full until Haney is defeated. 20 years from now will the Haney situation be remembered or a asterisk or footnote.

Follow up bud, Loma 3, Lopez 1 Lopez won all four. The fact that the wretched WBC decided to make Loma’s belt “franchise” means squat. Loma won the wbc belt and Lopez beat him. Undisputed no matter how small people’s brains are.

Lomachenko's team requested Franchise Champion status. That is a fact and no amount of revisionist history (something Brits love to engage in) is ever going to change that.

I'm black, and will be until the day I die...I don't understand what race has to do with it though, as I clearly stated I'm no Haney fan

But you just keep on, keeping on I guess.

And don't act like you're new to boxing. You weirdos are starting to make me sick making excuses. You know good and well Loma could've petitioned for the fight with Lopez, as it would've trumped his mandatory for haney. Stop acting like it was one or the other. Boxing fans are well aware exceptions are made when one is looking to unify the division, so feed your nonsense to someone who's new to the sport.

As if Loma had to make a choice between defending his belt, or unifying with Lopez.

Don't worry about what you read. Mauricio Suiliman acknowledged that Loma and Top Rank petitioned for the Franchise belt, and that, even after petitioning, the WBC still has to grant it.

So Loma didn't want to fight Haney, and instead accepted a "champion-in-recess" status, so that he could fight Haney in the future if he wanted.

If you're not completely familiar with the idiocy that is the franchise title, look for Suiliman's interview that was posted here a couple weeks back. He explains that the franchise belt is a "duck" title.

Don't listen to these idiots on this site.
