Not to worry.... unlike other fighters... Pacquiao stays in shape. He is known to eat healthy and watch what he puts in his body. He dont trash his body like for example Hatton does ...or Cotto out partying. Manny is known to be very strict on his body. He dont fluctuate up and down in weight or blow up in between fights

Well all of his performances resulted into a "W", with the exception of plasterito. Cotto finds ways to win. If cotto can take a punch from clottey and also hurt him, who by the way is twice bigger than pac, then he can take anything from pac.

        Roach said:
"I talked to Mike Koncz yesterday. I said, 'Where are we going to train?' He said, 'I haven't asked Manny yet.' I said, 'You haven't asked Manny yet? What do you mean you haven't asked Manny?' He says, 'He's busy making a movie.' I said, 'What the hell? You're scared to ask Manny?' These guys are petrified of Manny because they're just there for a payday and I'm pissed off about it."

        And he also said:
"I now hear that Manny wants to train in the Philippines. I think it's a mistake. I think it's too many distractions for him. This is the toughest fight of his life."

The issue isn't that he isn't in camp, the issue is that Roach doesn't know where the camp is going to be and so he can't prepare for it - and that he's heard it might be in the Philippines, which he strongly objects to.

The last time PAC was makin' movies and what not, he lost to Morales. When he chose to train in the Philippines, he fought like **** in his rematch with MAB.

This isn't a good sign, this is another reason as to why I'm planning on putting $$$ on Cotto. I'm putting up atleast $300 in Vegas.

I DON'T KNOW IF I should go for under 9 rounds ko or over 9 rounds UD decision, though, help.

But, if not, Pac is a pure pro when it comes to boxing, and Freddie and him have yet to be proven wrong in any of their camp preparations. Eight to twelve weeks of quality training will fine tune Pac for this bout. I believe Cotto started earlier to fine tune his camp. Remember, his uncle is no longer training him so he may be going over fight strategies, sparring partners, etc. with his new lead trainer to come up with the perfect foil for Pac ---- IMHO. Anyways, counting the days, I can't wait for this match.

Yeah, that is what this report is about, Roach was kinda complaining at Manny for not getting back in training already, that he should be taking this fight more seriously

What I don't understand is, PAC AND ROACH have been a team since 2001.

One would think that Roach would know how to contact PAC directly, w/o going through Koncz, Buboy, Toto, Ping-Ping, Ding-Ding and Ding-Dong.

              What the f**K?

I thought they have a father/son relationship. yet, the father doesn't have his kid's cell #.

Well , Roach had something legit to worry about ! Blood sucking fools just want a payday and not concerned about the fighter !

I remember Ali when I was about 18 , he had just come back from exile and was to fight Frazier 1 . The way he talked and all the things he said and did , that made me feel he wasn't taking the fight seriously enough made me think this is the first fight he is going to LOSE and he DID ! BAD !

Lennox Lewis played the actor and got KO'd , look at Tarver with his acting fling and coming in heavy and losing.

                Its serious stuff.

I believe a Manny Pacquiao that is focused and Training and listening to his Trainer will be a power to reckon with but I believe anybody can get the ****** big head and not be focused and not train and have distractions and lose a big fight because of it.

TRAIN MANNY, GET SERIOUS, GET FOCUSED !!!!! There is a bald headed PR coming and hell is following him !!!!!!!!!!

I think Pac will have this squared away pretty soon. He knows what he is up against.

It was the same when the Pac-Hatton negotiations nearly broke down - Roach was trying for over a week to contact Pac and Pac didn't return his calls. Once they're in training it's like father-son, apparently - but the rest of the time it's not.
