I don't think Garcia wants Haney but do think he wanted Pacquiao and will want Tank later this year. Garcia going all in on the Pacquiao showdown pretty much wiped away the Tank happening in the first half of the year, but it still can happen later this year should both fighters win their respective fights.

Haney though isn't going to get any of these guys unfortunately. Has a tough style and is by far the least known of the four youngsters....He should be the one trying to get the Lomachenko fight next.
