What you’re refusing to understand is that the decision will be binding with regards to whether Wilder is entitled to compensation, which would come from Top Rank, and NOT whether Fury is compelled to fight him. You’re getting the scope of the potential judgement completely wrong.

As such, any decision has no bearing on the AJ-Fury fight. Why is this so difficult to understand?

The 28 days time limit was an agreement between Team Fury and Team Joshua. As they agreed to set that limit, they can also agree to extend it.
