I just question what Arum's angle really is. Saying you have a "big PPV announcement" for Crawford and then silence while you go off and attend to Tyson Fury's needs, how is that a good look for Crawford?

You trash the guy publicly and say you're losing money on him and he betrayed you to PBC (which nullifies genrick's rant about Spence and PBC, because if Crawford did talk to PBC, it means he's actually trying to do what's necessary...though I think that's a lie from Arum).

Then you're focusing all your attention on Fury. You're not hyping Herring, he seems to be doing it himself, you're not hyping the guy who's supposed to be your #1 P4P.

So I see a pattern here. That's what I'm calling out.
I agree with everything you said. Arum is going to Arum.

They’ve been in negotiations for over a year and people on both sides have both said an announcement is coming any second throughout the process.
Fury and AJ's respective camps already started negotiating even when Fury/Wilder trilogy was still being scheduled.

Spence and Crawford haven't even started anything official. Zero offers were sent to Crawford. None so far. Assuming the A-side dictates everything, including when to start the negotiations. Spence camp showed ZERO interest in the Crawford fight. ZERO.

Arum refuses to make out of house fights, most guys have to wait until their contract runs out.

Arum is losing money because he wont match up Crawford with anyone good

Even if you are boring if you keep winning you should be profitable.

Look at lennox lewis, guy has a boring robotic personality, was accused of being to cautious in his fighting but he made huge money because he was champ and cleared out the division plus he refused to sign with King and his BS contracts.

Its Arums fault for not matching him up and its Crawfords fault for keep renewing with Arum, which is the easy thing to do, hes top dog at Arum's company but if he went to Haymond he would have to prove himself to make more money than he does now.

This announcement should have happened two weeks ago. All that wait for them to potentially line up a bum for Crawford to fight.

One potential issue may be that they were planning on putting Crawford's fight on June 5 and that same day is the Teofimo PPV.

Doesn't look like Porter will be getting the call so looks like team Crawford is going all in on the Pacquiao showdown. Hopefully it is or something is announced soon.

              Two flaws with your reply.

First, Arum's announcement was allegedly Pacquiao, not Spence.

Second, B-Side calls out the A-Side, not the other way around, but Crawford said 50-50 isn't enough and he doesn't want the fight.

Pacquiao's management already said on record, there's no interest in a Crawford fight and any rumored "negotiations" are BS and have not happened.

Which I tend to believe, because Arum wants it in Abu Dhabi but Crawford has refused, on record, to ever fight outside of the United States again. Manny can't fight in the US due to tax and travel issues.

Just like I do not care who Spence fights if it is not Crawford.
Man, I dislike that guy so much with his wrong side of the street nonsense; with his silly PBC loyalty crap
as if he's a Google employee or one of these giant tech companies.

This Spence guy should be blasted day in and day out on social media.
Honestly this is the attitude we boxing fans should have to both of them. I truly don’t blame Bud as much. He just had enough. It’s not like they are negotiating with him or trying to make him an offer for the fight. The fact that the other side isn’t even ready to sit down and talk about the fight is frustrating for him. And I can see why he doesn’t want to even entertain that fight anymore.

Green for keeping it real. There is zero offers between each camp. So I don’t care what anyone else says. It’s not like Spence or Crawford’s demands is what’s stopping the fight from happening. We all know what’s stopping the fight, the fact that Spence/PBC (No surprises there when you look at their track record) aren’t even willing to come to the table to talk about the fight.
