After the fight, the unbeaten boxer called out several names - including Amir Khan, Kell Brook - and Porter.

Shawn Porter's pride must of been hurt being mentioned with Amir Khan and Kell Brook, two washed has-beens, that no longer have any significance at 147. Shawn Porter should whoop Conor Bents ass just for that alone.

Madness that his old man and Nelson think he can beat Porter

are we talking about the same guy that gave Spence a very hard and close fight and beat Danny Garcia not all that long ago.

Benn is progressing nicely, but he just beat a guy that is only known for losing to good fighters. It’s a hell of a leap from that to Porter

Porter is no joke. Benn is at least a good 3 solid fights away from going anywhere near that level.

Benn isn't ready for Porter, doubt they make an offer for that fight. But generally, the way so many ex-champions take easy fights until they get another undeserved title shot is bad for the sport. In each individual case I understand the logic of it, but it's not good for the sport as it makes it harder for young guys to prove themselves and takes them longer to get to the top.

I wish the very best for Benn, his father is my favourite fighter of all time, but I wouldn't be looking to jump to Porter just yet. That win last week was brilliant but it robbed us of some questions being answered about Benns all round game.

Nothing wrong with the ambition but Benn is still green and Porter is a handful. I think it's a big risk to jump levels like that, there are things you don't learn and are not prepared to handle.

Benn needs another Vargas level opponent cuz I feel that victory was a bit of a skewed one.

Truth be told, Porter would maul
him in such a way that I think his career would suffer from the prolonged physical drubbing he would get. Porter is exactly right, Benn is a baby and Porter has been at the championship level for nearly a decade

Unlike Khan and maybe Brook , Porter is still a fighter to be respected at top level. I agree with Porter he has little to gain and should continue to take the top tier fights and let young Benn use the worn and faded fighters like Khan to pad his record.

He should have called out David Avanesyan, not shot Amir Khan. But that's the mis-matchroom way.

Benn isn't ready for Porter yet. Match him vs. Avanesyan or Clayton.

Porter doesn't seem to be trying to get that Crawford fight very hard. Must not like his chances.
