Is anyone in their right mind implying that Saunders is a bigger challenge than GGG? I call BS, Canelo just trying to hype this fight that not many people think Saunders can win. GGG can still kick both of their asses right this moment by the way, Saunders would get KTFOComment

Why do these biased writers keep saying that Floyd beat Caenlo easily?? He confused Canelo, Canelo besides being weight drained and using the gloves Floyd wanted him to use, was never hurt and got frustrated due to his inexperience with slick, cheating, hugging, running, potshotting, Afro fighters. There was no rematch for a reason. Once Canelo learned how slick, cheating, hugging, running, potshotting Afro fighters fought, Floyd never gave him a rematch.
You obviously didn't watch that fight. Floyd was making cinnamon looks silly while tagging him all night. Nelo was crying in there punching air. Kinda wish money never gave him the opportunity seeing how cinnamon is running from Charlo and other (slick) Afro fighters as you say.
Yes, that "improvement" after that schooling is hype. Cinnamon always looks good against plodders.

Nope, Canelo would do better, but still get outboxed against that version of Mayweather. Canelo had over forty fights and wasn't inexperienced when he fought Floyd, and Mayweather was near the end of his career, not a spring chicken.
Canelo should have the edge over Saunders, and any other current fighter from middleweight to super middleweight. Light heavyweight, I think he can beat Beterbiev, but Bivol is trickier.Comment

How many fights did that "kid" have? Did that "kid" not fight Mosley and Trout?
Floyd was past his prime and still taught him a lesson. This version of Nelo will beat Floyd? You mean Nelo that wants Spence to move up but goes dark when you say Charlo?
They guy vacated to fight a washed up Kov that almost lost to Yarde in a fight nobody absolutely nobody was calling for. Then claimed he(Kov) was the best at 175 but when people say ok well 175 has a tank in Artur Beterbiev he claims people just want to see him lose.
Why would he feel like that if Kov was the best at 175?Last edited by A_State501; 04-14-2021, 03:44 AM.Comment

What counter puncher has Canelo beat since Floyd?
I think it's more possible that he beats Billy Joe as Billy Joe is more of a cunning fighter than a great defensive fighter like Mayweather. BJ manipulates distance, has an effective quick jab and knows to keep moving a lot rather than trade combos. Difficult to catch. I haven't seen much of his countering skills though (staying in the pocket and punishing the opponent for missing). That's why I think Canelo should win.Comment

If he truly believed he is now better than Mayweather (& he doesn't) then he could fight Charlo or Spence to prove thatComment
