Lmao I'M FROM THE UK. Dillian is a ****ing nobody everywhere else on the planet and you are both completely delusional if you think otherwise. Hes a B tier HW whos got 434k followers on IG, the Whyte/Povetkin rematch did 200k buys at a 20 quid price point in the UK while being given away for 1.99 a month everywhere else. These are not international star numbers.
World sport my ass, more people globally are watching the UFC on a typical weekend than a ****ing Matchroom card with Dillian main eventing. Whyte is not walking into ****ing UFC title shots off the back of his name, thats completely preposterous. If it was AJ or Fury or even Wilder it'd be a different story.Last edited by TMLT87; 04-13-2021, 04:28 AM.

He’s got much more of a chance than Fury or Joshua,
Problem for Dillian is, the UFC aint letting him walk straight into title shots. And on the way hes probably gonna run into someone that will take him down and stop him.

They did the same thing when Kermit Cintron said he would fight in the UFC. Citron was a good wrestler and wanted Sherk, but Dana wouldn't have it.
He's still looking at it, by now though I wouldn't think he could good, he's a shadow of his former self.
I'm not sure a guy who had a wrestling background + high level boxing managing to win in the UFC would shatter any mystique. He would literally be using a mix of martial arts to win. Its no mystery that a guy with great boxing and great defensive grappling is probably going to be a handful, there just arent many of those guys around.buge likes this.

Can you imagine a 25 year old GGG leaving boxing and dedicating himself to MMA? After 4-5 years he'd be purple belt BJJ, have solid TDD and would knock all UFC fighters out with a single punch.
