Shields is so misguided. So much crap coming out of her mouth in such a short period of time.

Marshall has never knocked anyone out cold.

Marshall has stopped more people in her last three fights than Shields has stopped in her entire career.

Shields hasn't stopped anyone in her last seven fights, which account for around two thirds of all her fights. She basically doesn't knock out anyone.

Marshall's record is like an inversion of Shields'. Only two fights have gone to decision for Marshall. Only two fights have been stoppages for Shields.

If she really thinks she is the GWOAT then she should stop wasting her time in MMA and face Marshall.

I really do hope this fight happens. It's a very nice contrast of styles and personalities. There aren't many compelling options for either of them and if the first fight is good enough they can parlay that into a rematch.

I don't think so Claressa... could be you might outpoint her but I don't think you can knock her out - cold or any other way. Let's see what happens though, main thing is just to get it made.

If they don't fight each other next I wouldn't mind Crews - Dezurn against Marshall or in a rematch with Shields. Marshall vs Hammer might be a good one too. I think Savannah could be absolutely exceptional, ain't seen any other female boxer look quite so comfortable between the ropes, but it's worth remembering that arguably her best opponent is Hannah Rankin who barely makes Shields' top 5

Shields sounds scared and threatened by Marshall's confidence. Like all overrated American pretenders, she would rather beat up on overmatched no risks than take a chance with a dangerous high risk like Savannah Marshall.

Hanna Gabriel! Laughing my ass off. Marshall would be a 1-100 betting fave over her. She'd beat Gabriel and Hammer on the same night, in fact, in the ring at the same time. Shields is good, but Marshall, under Peter Fury, is a beast.
