Manny Pacquaio is merely an American fad that will fizzle out after Cotto brings him back to reality

Mayweather has staying power and even though he was B-Side on his two major fights, he has a large enough audience and true fans appreciate the craft. Someone likened him to seeing Tiger golf or Kobe ball and I can't help but agree. I'm no huge fan of Mayweather but I love watching him fight and hope I can see him live before he retires

Miguel Cotto v Floyd Mayweather in MSG? ****, I'd easily pay whatever front row seats were demanded, it won't happen but can I dream?? Speaking of which...does anyone know if PBF has ever fought in the Mecca?

Well you'd better hope the long layoff doesn't hurt Floyd against the smaller JMM.

I don't think it will, I think it'll take a couple of rounds for Floyd to shake off the rust, then it'll be downhill from there for JMM.

Floyd is a professional I think of the highest caliber and maintained his body to expectations during the layoff. He lives right (relatively speaking).

If he had a poor lifestyle like Hatton and was overweight and didn't look the part of a professional then I would worry, but he's been good

Floyd better not lose the early rounds because JMM has a history of getting better as the fight progresses. If Floyd gives them away he will find it hard to beat JMM late.

And Floyd remains peak for all 12 rounds

Its an interesting battle, and although I favor Floyd heavily in this fight...all the intangibles these two possess just makes this fight so noteworthy
