I will remember Arum is the greatest to ever to do it.

G.O.A.T. Promoter for sure! When it is his time to go (hopefully not anytime soon) he will be missed greatly regardless of how you feel about the way he does business
Todd DeBouf will be much easier to work with and less stubborn than his Father In Law but he is No Bob Arum. Not as Sharp or as Charismatic nor does he have the great stories that Bob Arum hasLast edited by sicko; 04-05-2021, 12:03 PM.Comment

A real enigma, like many many other such enigmas in our society. Here is a man that was able to raise a family of financially succesful individuals, Probably did better than China Joe with Hunter lol... Here is a man with more money than anyone knows what to do with... As a Middle Class *** coming up, Arum never had the connections into the power elite... and he could have twice the money it would not matter...
Yet this man, instead of becoming a means to make boxing great, trying to encourage fighters to have a meaningful career, and make the sport better... Is driven by greed. More money, getting fighters to fight less and less. At least King made some sense. King treated fighters horribly, he was criminal to them, but he put on good cards, encouraged the to fight each other. I think King is worse than Arum IMO but both are misrable load stones on the neck of boxing.
When Arum finally starts rotting, perhaps fans will say "we will arrainge and pay for fights on line." eliminating these middle men.Comment
