I don't mind the idea of a limited but rough/tough opponent not being written off because of multiple losses -- such fighters are useful as proving grounds for those a cut above. He will be a test for Parker and if/how Parker wins will determine whether Parker still deserves a place near the top table. Where there is a problem is if it is PPV, because clearly that would be a piss take. Is it actually confirmed as PPV?

I like 10 loss, alway's have (especially since the world thought he beat Whyte fight 1 apart from the Hearn ref) he puts in a shift & gives his all giving anyone an honest fight. Ppv though for a one sided card & a c class headline, I'll find a stream thanks. It should be on itv channel 4 or 5.
