I'm on team Ortiz all day , but he is too green IMHO to be in there with a guy of BUDs caliber .............My problem with BUD is not the talent/skills I believe his talent/skills are P4P , his resume is shameful. I want to see him in the ring with a top proven WW sadly Virgil is not there yet .

But the thing is, your assessment of his skill has been based on washed/injured/lesser opponents.

Anyone can look elite against the C-level. Look at Berlanga.
