Agreed. He hasn't made a name for himself but he's shown enough in his fights with Fury and Breazeale to indicate he's a tough out for alot of HWs. He's a big, skilled southpaw who has some boxing skills and is tough. He doesn't have concussive power but he throws alot of crisp punches.

It's not a fight that makes sense for Whyte. Juice isn't worth the squeeze. A fight against a more established fighter in US would make sense but there aren't alot of them out there and most of those are under the PBC banner.

Wallin would be too much of a risk, I doubt he will be picked. Will be someone on the Travis Kaufman or Gerald Washington level I suspect.

This would be an interesting matchup. I would favour Wallin to win by either decision or KO but Whyte has some good artillery to cause Wallin’ trouble.

That's actually not a bat fight. Lean slightly towards whyte but there's not much in it

Wallin would arguably be Whyte’s best win.

No way Dillian takes it. Pulev will be next. Eddie loves recycling AJ opponents for Dillian.

Ortiz has some decent skills and Whyte has some deficiencies in his game but Whyte's resume is far more impressive and he's the younger, hungrier fighter.
Whyte has fought Povetkin twice already within 6 months ,Ortiz hasn’t fought a real fight since November 2019 ,his last fight was last year as well and that went one round so that doesn’t benefit him . Whyte would be the heavily favorite just on activity if they fought next . I’m not so sure Jennings won’t be Ortiz best win in 2015 when he hangs them up . It would definitely be a smart move for Whyte to get the fight just to get him out of the way and then he becomes the new boogeyman of the division . Ha

Whyte vs Miller would have been a massive sell in u.s as they both good trash talkers... too bad miller was more interested in being mr olympia then a heavyweight champ.

What would your prediction be if Whyte and Ortiz fought in 2021? I'd go Whyte probably mid to late rounds stoppage in a fight that he may get hurt or.be losing early. Ortiz has skills but no gas tank...

Ortiz has been on the decline since 2016 . His last and probably best performance was in 2018 . Whyte should win that one by mid rounds .

Ive already labeled Wallin the best southpaw awhile back going into the Fury fight and was called crazy ,they were calling him a bum before the Fury fight even . So I think Wallin vs Whyte would be more competitive , not really sure how that fight goes . Wallin may outwork Whyte but Whyte is a very underated puncher , I doubt that one happens though .

“Otto Wallin like it or not is going to give Fury a 12 round difficult fight“. This quote exposed a lot of posters .

If you go this link of my thread it’s a clear indication to stay away from certain posters who don’t really watch boxing .if your looking for valuable opinions.
