Possibly. I like Jamel (and I also like Frampton) but his temperament in the Oquendo fight is a bit concerning. Frampton most likely won't fight in the same manner that Oquendo (or Shafikov) fought but he's still skilled.

We have a fight in the UAE and a fight in Uzbekistan this weekend. Crazy...

Herring is too weak and dull . He wont survive an onslaught of accurate punches. But if Frampton plays it safe, this will be a stinker that goes either way.
