While it is true that Fury doesn't hold a BBofC licence, it is an invalid conclusion that the fight can't happen at Wembley Stadium. Fury can easily reapply for a licence and there is no reason to think such an application wouldn't be readily accepted.

If they could make Wembley happen, it would have 100X more atmosphere than anywhere else -- and that is why every boxing fan should be hoping for precisely that.

Lol....I still find it hard to believe that anyone takes Hearn serious. He knows he's going to the highest bidder and knows Wembley even full doesn't come close to satisfying his , Bob and Franks greed .This is their big one and the rematch , a second payday is in place regardless of one being so dominant in fight one. This has Saudi written all over it (with no atmosphere!) ...END OF!

What's going on with Fury not having a licence or wanting to fight in the UK? I remember him wanting Wilder to come to the UK he was also talking about fighting Cdabaye in the UK as a "home coming" Fight and that was only a few months ago.

He could apply to the BBBoC for a licence to fight in the UK, same as any other US licensed fighter.

It's likely either Arum wanted him to be licensed in the US, or Fury giving the finger to the BBBoC and UKAD because of the nandralone issue.

Yeah I think it's the former rather than the latter. I never really bought the Fury walks away from the UK thing but when he was happy enough to have a "home coming fight" against somebody in December it showed it wasnt a thing or atleast not a thing any more.
