Holy ish, you COMPLETELY misread what I originally said and keep on rambling on irrelevant stuff. I initially responded to a post saying a PPV between two fighters that lost their last fight? And I said you can have a fight between two fighters that lost their last fight and put it on PPV like Joshua vs Wilder, but Ruiz/Arreola is a trash fight that should be on regular FOX. Hypothetical, Wilder loses the first decision to Fury....Then Joshua lost to Ruiz obviously. If those two were to fight after those two losses, they could still put their fight on PPV and it would still do well. But Arreola/Ruiz can both come off five wins in a row and it's not PPV worthy. That was my only point. I don't know where you started taking this conversation.

You said coming off losses doesn't mean you can't be on PPV. I agree with that sentiment. But using a huge PPV star as an example isn't exactly proving your point. Huge PPV stars always stay on PPV regardless of their opponent coming off a loss or not themselves. I'm just making the point that Wilder would only be doing so on the back of the huge PPV star (AJ) and not his own selling power. AJ could sell against anyone in that situation. Wilder most certainly can't, as he was a poor ticket seller even when undefeated. That's all i'm saying. Very few fighters could actually pull it off.

        No biggie.

Wilder is a poor ticket seller? Ah, I see, following the Hearn rhetoric. I mean he only did $4M in gate revenues against Ortiz right before facing Fury in the rematch.

If Wilder was to fight Ruiz off losses that would certainly be on PPV. He could face Fury with both coming off losses and that would still be PPV. So no, he wouldn't just need Joshua to be on PPV.

It's a well known fact Wilder didn't sell very well. We know all about the lies from the deranged extremists. They don't exist in reality so we normal people just laugh when they come out with propaganda and lies to convince us otherwise.

They could put the Fury fight on PPV because of what has gone on. But it wouldn't sell anywhere near to what the rematch did. Only Wilder's looney's would have any real interest in it, but will most likely not pay for the PPV because they're notoriously cheap. They'll just ****** it. Ruiz as an opponent would do even less. Neither are PPV stars. Their viewing numbers on basic free TV were nothing to write home about. Horrible when people have to pay for it.

Why would anyone need Hearn when the truth has been exposed by many people? Haymon was giving many of those tickets away for free. He still couldn't fill a small arena. Only the Fury rematch had a full house. And that was down to the amount of Brits that travelled. You only need to hear the crowd to understand that.

Exposed by many? I am confident very few people know about gate receipts and get their hands on gate receipts more than me. I am well aware of the numbers Wilder has done and was doing even before the Fury rematch.

Amazing how it was all Fury yet his two fights in America without Wilder did less a million in gate revenues. Hm................

Yeah, exposed. Why else do you think Wilder never sold out in a small arena?

Were they not mostly there for Fury? Are you dis*****g most fans in the arena were Fury fans? Are you dis*****g the PPV sales were not down to Fury? Those other fighters Fury was against, nobody knew. Why would a Brit in the US sell large ticket numbers for fighters they don't know? Brits weren't bothered about travelling for them. But they did when it was against Wilder because they were interested in the fight. Wilder doesn't do those kind of numbers unless it's against a British fighter. The facts prove this. Put Wilder on PPV against Ruiz and you'll have some Mexicans buy it if he looks good against Arreola. But if he fails to do so, even they won't bother. Put Wilder in against someone like Rivas or a Takam, and lets see if he can fill the place out like Whyte and Joshua did over here. Show us he's a ticket seller. He can't, because he isn't one. Never has been, never will be.

Like Whyte did? Tell me the gate revenues of Whyte's fights. What is he doing out there?

I know for a FACT, none of his gates have come close to what Wilder did against Ortiz in the rematch or even in the first fight.

Again, NO ONE here gets their hands on more gate receipts than I do. I know exactly what these fighters do and the types of numbers they do.

But obviously I don't have the UK numbers, so would love for you to get me the numbers for Whyte's fights.
