Look, if they did make him mandatory again (assuming a win against Povetkin, which is not a given), I think that wouldn't be a bad idea, but he doesn't have a right to it.

Some of the stuff he's saying really does make him sounds like he's deluded or been punched in the head too much or both.

"It’s not like I’ve lost to someone." Yes, it's very much like that.

If he wins, it would be cool if the WBC ordered an elimination with him and Wilder for the mandatory shot.

Why should he be made mandatory if he beats povetkin? Povetkin wasn't made mandatory when he ko'd Whyte.

Maybe, as Suliaman suggested, the winner should fight wilder for mandatory status with WBC?

Why? By that logic, Povetkin should be a mandatory right now

Finally, Joshua isn’t on the same level as fury. He’s same as Whyte wilder and Parker. Fury is out on his own at the minute, until someone can out do his achievements. #FreeEducation. #TakeItForFree!!
How he the same level as Whyte and Parker when he almost killed one and clearly beat the other? Lmao

If he beats Povetkin then he would/should be back where he was pre-Povetkin. He could have fought bums once he was guaranteed a title shot at Fury, but he didn’t. No matter what anyone says about Povetkin and his age, the man is a winner. That man is better than anyone that Wilder has beaten. So he does or would deserve his shot if he beats Povetkin.

This guy's a freakin' clown! He's always talking ish. He should be focusing on Povetkin instead of looking ahead; Which got his ass knocked the fuck out the last time.
