      Strong guy with a great chin, dangerous at any point of the fight. His money punch was the left hook, the right didn't have too much on it. He could be tamed with a consistent jab and his size limited him somewhat. He a had an excellent fight against Ibeabuchi which he lost.

            Tua was extremely dangerous, lights out power, legit chin and came at you for 12 rounds.

            He was slightly one dimensional though and the more skilled HW’s like Lennox and Byrd were able to outmanoeuvre him.

              Much respect for Byrd damn good fighter HW champ x 2 and that resume fought : Ibeabuchi, Tua, Holyfield , both Klitschko's(Wlad twice) Golota , Povetkin ..

                He was always dangerous but in terms of championship never really a threat. Not one to be stopped but easily negated by a decent boxer. Having said that...on the regional level you just have to ask Shane Cameron what risk is in talking smack about him.

                    Yup, sounds like a real ass beating. I watched that when it aired, pretty forgettable fight, like most of Byrd's fights.
