The "Failure to immediately return and remain at scene of accident involving bodily injury" isn't a traffic violation, and can be a felony from what I can see.

Naturally there isn't a verdict as yet, he has just been charged. There also isn't a verdict in his case of domestic abuse as it is still on going.

You're doing a lot of apologising for Tank, not sure its warranted TBH. He is facing domestic abuse charges (caught on camera) and now a hit and run which left 4 people injured amongst charges (caught on camera), but if you find out he was drinking alcohol you could never support him? What an odd perspective.

Never been a Broner fan, but he's cool in my book. The DeMarco fight was his signature win.

People calling Davis Broner 2.0 are the hardcore racists on here who resent his success. Nobody is called Kovalev 2.0.
The man child F^u^c*k up! Race has nothing to do with it. Just young and dumb.

Where am I apologizing or even defending him? I'm giving my perspective, objectively.

They must have got all the evidence stacked up properly before charging him. I mean this happens 4 months ago and I thought he got off as there wasn’t any charges even though the occupants of the other vehicle named him.

So it looked like CCTV etc must have placed him in the Lambo, anyways some of these guys never learn, when you come into money this is what happens with some. Can’t handle the whole thing..

Joy/Happiness can kill as my mother would say... You have Spence constantly drinking and looking worse for wear, Broner being Broner etc PBC really need to get some of these boxers life in order.

Do you really believe you can be objective when it comes to Tank Davis? This is an honest question, because am sure most if not all the poster on this forum would lean one way on that answer.

This needs to get nipped in the bud. I used to see boxing as a sport that gave people the opportunity to get away from that street life. Now, you're starting to see that I enables it.

Promotors keep on bailing the fighters out because they make money. One day, it will cost an innocent person their life.
He definitely needs prison, the issue here is he would be “Saved” from going to one. Due to the revenue he can generate for his city or community etc and then the victims in this case would probably be paid off etc.

And he would see this as acceptable, his fans would say “See he wasn’t convicted” etc and rinse and repeat.

You already have reports of Errol Spence seen drunk again not only at boxing events but out in the open. They would never change unless they receive the harshest punishment, to not only deter them but to help them and prevent them hurting society, you see how Broner has responded since the last female Judge refused all his BS and had him in prison.

Naturally, most who DKSAB would, not all. I'm a boxing fan.

I think he's the best American fighter, a complete fighter, followed by Crawford and Spence. I said this in 2017. I know you remember. I still think so. That's not being a fanboy, that's a perspective. My opinion on a boxing forum, and I still believe so. To be continued.

How many threads do I make about him, or even really participate? Liking a boxer doesn't mean you are blind to him. I like and talk about other boxers too.

Do you know who the court system works?

He has already been formally charged! No prelim strait to trail. Best chance he's got is to make a deal. Hit & run with injury (4 counts), failure to render aid (4 counts). These are crimes against persons not infractions. Kids in a lot of trouble.

Not until proven guilty. Charges mean crap until they are proven.
