Not exactly, each card should be judged on its own merit. I've seen plenty of terrible cards from all of the major promotions and I've seen plenty of good ones as well.

I've seen alot of people who, for whatever reason, choose to hold bias against certain promoters their fighters and the cards that they are on. You can usually tell who they are because they have silly condescending names for the promoter and and their promotional banner. Sometimes have silly negative names for their fighters as well...
