Joshua needs a big win, period

Fury is universally ranked above him, despite only beating Wilder. Bit of a sad state of affairs for a 3 belt titlist

Right now there’s only Fury that will do that for him

Joshua could do with a big win period. His last fight two were meh. No disrespect to Ruiz but Ruiz II should have never happened 'cause Joshua should have never lost to Ruiz. Moving on from Ruiz to Pulev is not great. Again no disrespect to Pulev but he's a no hoper now. Good gatekeeper...I guess... but it's a pretty safe bet to say his ass won't be a titlist, ever.

So, it's been years and three fights since we've seen Joshua take an on paper challenge. That's kinda par for the course for him though so regardless of Fury I do expect his next fight to be interesting.

Martin himself wasn't a challenge per-se but Joshua had reservations about being a champion so I'm counting that as his first step up. Name wise no, but, he became a champion, it's a categorical step above challenger.

        Dom+Molina is okay

        Wlad - great

        Takam+Parker is fine

Pov - Very good if not great

        Ruiz+Pulev is okay, not hating

Fury would be great, hell, Wilder-Joshua is still very good, or, at least interesting.

It's time for Joshua to take an interesting fight and I'm pretty sure champ knows that.
