It definitely has something to do with it, there's a lot of racism in boxing. Imagine if Jermall Charlo fails a test for steroids. We would never hear the end of it. But Canelo and Fury get a complete free pass AND are rewarded with gigantic paychecks from DAZN and ESPN.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Canelo keeps fight basic upright boxers, failed 2 drugs tests & should arguably have 4 losses on his record. But somehow he's the best thing since slice bread. And Fury has failed a drugs test, lies too much, fights bums after bums, he's a cheat. But somehow he's also the best thing since slice bread.

Yes this. The difference too is Floyd gave Castillo the rematch. Ward gave Kovalev the rematch. But did Canelo give Trout a rematch? No. Lara a rematch? No. GGG a rematch after the second fight? Nope. The double standards are obvious.

If Charlo, Crawford, Spence, or Andrade engaged in this type of behavior they would be driven out of the sport, but unfortunately the reality is that certain fighters can get away with it.

Funny because Charlo has gone most his career with minimal testing or none,& he did FAIL out of vada you biased ass,he literally in his 1st vada fight completely failed out of the program by its tules(because he was juicing)he literally disappeared for an entire week & was intentionally unreachable (both charlos were) & he knew the rules Because vada makes all fighters take a class & sign their names they understand the rules which state that they have to notify VADA of whereabouts & be available for testing at all times,but of course they had the most pathetic bs excuse that they supposedly left town without their phones & their teams phone's,yet his opponent Willy Monroe Jr was banned from the same fight for a test he did actually take.

Charlo did literally fail out of the vada program entirely in his 1st vada fight, (& unlike Canelo who proved his innocence for the weakest longest detectable"ped" by submitting to a hair follicle,all Charlo did was make up a bs excuse)& Malls opponent was literally banned for testosterone despite cheating Mall being allowed to juice & duck the testers over a week along w mell without so much as being reachable,nor their team.

(& When they did become reachable,they still didn't get tested til way after because when they vanished off the earth,VADA stopped testing them temporarily) Vada went looking for them,but of course despite it being an automatic fail 2 yr suspension by vada rules,the WBC swept it under the rug.
