It's funny isn't it. You keep on claiming that Haymon doesn't get options on fighters when that is exactly what he does. Yet Eddie doesn't, but you accuse him of doing so. It's a complete projection which is a main characteristic of the LDBC and the US in general. Most people from your way have these behaviours. Why do you think this is so?

A rematch clause is not taking control of someone's career. When the 2 fights are done with, Clarissa can do what she wants. But i knew you'd be here like you always are spouting your extremism. Marshall is the real deal, no doubt about that. The problem is Eddy! Anything coming out of his mouth is seen a a joke, even the commentators during the Canelo vs Yildrim fight laughed at that tripe. Sadly in the big $ world, since they loose the real world experience over time, they fall for hype and scams way to easily. I'm sure Eddy has investors wrapped around his finger, but the rest of us know whats up.

Shields should never accept anything from this guy. Setup your own card, fight and deal with less cancerous promotor. On top of that never take a 2 deal from Eddy. I normally say sign for 2 fights max, but Eddy's fighters are not getting fights despite being told all the top guys are with Eddy and fights will happen etc. Don't become Haney, GGG and Andrade..

Eddy is in the same class as Don King, WWE dude & Dana White, .. just that special bread of parasite/cancer. The type that define doing whats right as doing what makes the most $.

It has to be a 2 fight deal cuz Shields, like the typical American will be claiming A side demands so she won't travel to the UK for a 1 off fight, she will expect Marshall to go to her. But the money she feels she is worth can't be made in America cuz quite clearly Americans don't give 2 turds about Women's Boxing.

So she needs to come to the UK to actually generate the money but cuz she will demand an American fight that has to be on offer too.

What did the commentators actually laugh at? The fight itself? That fight was getting put on regardless of who was involved because Yildirim was a mandatory. These fights happen whether you like them or not. It isn't exclusive to any one promoter.

Which promotion is getting the big fights every time out? PBC are the worst. Eddie has made big offers to them to fight his guys, but they keep on shutting it down. The only reason why most of us even know Marshall is because she beat Shields in the Amateurs. Haven't done much as a Pro. Let them keep hyping her and building her up that is what Shields needs a Nemesis

Marshall didn’t just beat her in the amatuers, she beat her easily and she’s got a lot better as a pro. She hits hard. She’ll knock her out. Better reach, more fluid, better feet - you know, all those things that anyone with half a clue can recognise in a quality fighter.

Tbf I rate Marshall and think she wins this fight.

but my whole problem with the amateur bit is she did beat her, however if you consider the length of fight and amateurs scoring system, she basically landed half a dozen more punches

then if you look at the various other tournaments they were in together, think there were about 3/4 Marshall did nothing and Shields won them all, so Marshall got beat by people Shields schooled

thats my only reservation, but Marshall does have a more pro style than shields and she looks to be improving massively under Fury
