The elimination of COVID-19 restrictions in Texas will not impact protocols for the boxing card scheduled for Saturday night in Dallas. Starting Wednesday, businesses will open at 100-percent capacity and masks will not be required throughout the state of Texas. BoxingScene.com has been informed that those changes will not alter safety measures in place for a show at American Airlines Center that'll feature the rematch between Juan Francisco Estrada and Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez.
