Lopez: "Honestly, God’s got better plans for me right now and it’s going towards Triller."
Prelates at the Vatican have confirmed that God has, indeed, done some due dilligence on Top Rank and Triller and that His grand plan, mysterious as it may be, does seem to lean towards Triller.
Although the Pope himself maintains that God has bigger things to deal with than who Lopez is signed with.Leonbus2 likes this.

Let's be realistic here. 2 million buys ? Sure it's possible if you put it on for 30-40 bucks a buy. That's all these PPV's should be. But these greedy bastards want 60-80 bucks a buy. If they drop it to 30-40 that's 60-80million revenue at 2 million buys. Not good enough ?

He ain't getting no 2 million PPVs. Isn't Bob undefeated in court? Expect Teo to be out of action for years.

Just make sure it's all settled when it's time to focus on fighting. Getting a little worried about this guy; I can't think of a longer victory lap than this one.

In principle, Teo Lopez is completely right on this. Let the market decide what his fights are worth. It has already worked for him thanks to Triller. I don't understand how boxing fans are throwing hate towards him. He is doing the exact opposite of what Arum complained about with Crawford. Lopez is promoting himself and his fight, successfully, and managed to make everyone more money than the promoter guaranteed. Top Rank should treat it as a revelation and work on their promotional model. The fight is obviously worth more than they thought. Correct and move on ....

There's a trend we can see here again. Bob promotes an in-house fight between an "underdog" and a (his) favorite. Underdog beats favorite. Differences between Bob and said underdog suddenly reveal and are beyond repair.
Bob wants to reduce Teo like he did Rigondeaux after Donaire. Not happening though.
Teo's ability to communicate, express and represent himself, his status, his character and charisma can't be exploited like Rigo's inability to, and lacking of.
