Undefeated fighters aren’t easily discouraged. Some are when they have been gifted with a decision but that has never been the case with BJS. He believes in himself.

Yeah I'm not seeing it??? One Canelo head movement is millions time better than when fought Trout and Lara. I mean he made GGG miss like 1200 times?? Two he has to get close enough to do combos and body work which puts him in the fire for counter punches.

      I give Saunders a 15-20% of winning.

3rd he hasn't been that active and his best win is Andy Lee who Chavez Jr. KO'd in like 7...

No offence to BJS, but i give him less than 20% chance of winning. He isn't a powerpuncher, he doesn't live the life, this is a good matchup but like you pointed out Canelo has improved a lot since the Lara/Trout/Mayweather fights, and he has learnt from those fights. BJS would need to plant his feet and take some shots whilst trying to nail those crazy head movment of Canelo.

he also doesn't run away with it when he's in there with a decent fighter who can box and doesn't miss by six inches. lots of close fights on his record and to the eyes, that will not bode well against canelo who is both eye catching and a fan / judge favorite and "house fighter" anywhere in the world other htan maybe billie's trailer. and even then i think canelo probably has more fans.

Yeah 20% was being very generous. He doesn't have enough pop to keep Canelo honest and if he wants to dance and run I can see Canelo just punching him in his arms like he did Smith to open him up.

Canelo has a great hook uppercut combo and always throws to the body in combos... Billie Hoe gonna lose that 0. Like Trout, Ggg, both Smiths did. You watch Saunders gonna get cute and get caught...

When watching other concede defeat to Canelo, it’s usually because they’ve realized the talent gap and have already lost to guys around or below Canelo’s level.

I think Saunders not knowing how to lose is going to give him a chance for a controversial decision loss.

I mean, he isn’t going to win. No one scores rounds against Canelo.

But maybe we can all complain about this fight too, much like Canelo’s five or six losses that didn’t get scored correctly.
Canelo only lost one fight since he was 15 years old and that was to one of the best fighters of the last 25 years...

Remind me how many HOFamers, LB4LB guys Saunders fought???

Question for all the guys who ask questions like this. Why do you give a fook about sh^t like this?

No one here is batting 1.000. And if you are you likely haven't made many picks or are new.

Beyond that guys lose for all kinds of reasons. Most often you are just 2nd best on the night, but sometimes guys do lose cuz they didn't train well, they had a injury, their girl broke up with them during fight week or maybe David Haye's lil toe did fook up his legacy. Idk or really care about all that bs going into a fight, while trying to consider all kinds of intangibles in my picks, but sometimes it can be relevant to a L. But that's a tiny % of the time. So why gaf about this type of sh^t. I don't get it. Guys win & lose every day for all kinds of reason & it is what it is.
