admirable for Canelo to finally take the training wheels off and decide to stop giving his opponents hydration clauses and catchweights...as recently as three months ago! Brave!
It is funny that the TS says that he beat Cotto that was beaten by Marg and that Mosley was shot. He might had forgotten that Mosley KOed Margo right after his biggest win and immediately fought Floyd.

Easy to try to pick apart someones career when you pick and choose what fits in an agenda.

Yes but that's because Floyd fought them 5 years after.

hey let the man take a rest.. for me his record is not bad just so so. he was easily in top 25. i gave him credits for his contributions to boxing. i like floyd before he was surpassed by manny.

i wonder how can you tell if someone is an alt.. coz i've been accused of being that wako? i also want to know someone if he was an alt. any other way?

My point was that he did the hit list and at the time a bunch of people said he was not going to fight none of them. It is just funny how it is acceptable for some to get credit for fighting a fighter and others don't.

Lets say it is a bit sketchy, but can't deny his greatness at the end of the day. Everyone can have a bad day at the office, but he always made it turn his way and found a way to win.

Coming from someone that is not his fan.

most of Floyd best wins were against older washed up guys.

genaro Hernandez was several years past it and an Oscar left over.

corrlaes hands down Floyds best win this one was legit.

castillo Floyd clearly lost the first fight then made Castillo take a rematch without enough time to prepare.

Gatti a very limited fighter who was a natural 130lber and washed up.

Oscar well past his prime and still it was a very close SD fight.

Hatton another limited fighter who was blown out by Manny in 2

canelo a very very green 22 yr old yet Floyd still wanted to dehydrate him. Typical of Floyd.

                mosley hella washed up

Judah washed up C level guy at best

cotto another washed up guy who beaten by marg brutally

jmm a natural featherweight yet went the distance with Floyd

manny past his prime yet Floyd wanted no part of manny until he got ktfo by Marquez .

                Guerrero another featherweights Hahahaha

                Berto hahahaha

Talk about privelage the media likes to act like this mfer didn’t have the sketchiest resume of recent times lol
I know Khan haters will lol at this but that was a prime example of a Floyd duck. Khan gave prime Canelo a tough time till he got caught and also battered a peak Judah and a peak Alexander, dropped and beat Maidana (just, but there's a guy Floyd fought twice). Khan had the resume to deserve a shot but Floyd wanted nothing to do with that handspeed. A pure duck, one of several blatant Mayweather ducks.

xD. U got balls posting this on the forum. I think you are having revisionist history though. I mean, Judah, undisputed champ. a C-level fighter, come tf on. Cotto was washed, beaten by a brick gloves Margarito? Hatton was undefeated bud, and he changed his fighting style for the pacquiao fight (Floyd Sr. was his trainer). Also, everyone gave Pac-man hella credit for beating Dela hoya, but Hoya was WASHED WASHED by then. Inform me, who tf beat Gatti prior to Mayweather, in such a brutal and savage fashion. Something people like to forget is the fact that Hoya himself said that Canelo would fight Mayweather at 152. May's team didn't go looking to drain the kid, Canelos promoter at the time talked too much. Also Jmm, was knocked down and didn't win a round. By no means do I count Jmm as a great win, but considering May was coming off of a retirement stunt and the fact that your apparent savior, Pac-man, couldn't stop Jmm in 4 fights, makes him a decent win. To clarify I'm not a Mayweather fanboy, just wanted to lay out the facts ur missing. Wins I don't count from floyd is: Guerrero. Berto, and Jmm. I go back and forth all the time on whether Mays resume is great or not, but then I always remember, they were calling Terence Crawford p4p king, and he has no noticeable wins. I dare you, debate me on that.

I dont know what's better Floyd's career or his post career reading all the pac turds having mental breakdowns years later lol

damn there was so much riding on #48 who ever lost was going to be subjected to years of mocking on boxing forums I remember in Floyd's interview the day after the fight with jim gray he said this ones for the fans enjoy it and he was right he knew all the sh** talking was going on how pac was gonna smash the shoulder roll, throw 1000 punches etc etc he didnt do a damn thing but get neutralized into a glorified sparring partner haha

also there is not 1 active fighter right now that can boast wins vs canelo and pac and likely never will be other than floyd that's true greatness meanwhile these same ppl were hyping GGG as being able to beat hagler and Duran after he beat some witch doctor In Monaco

There is definitely room for criticism but a lot of this is nonsense and some of these suppose washed up fighters hadn't lost in years prior or were coming off arguably the best wins of their careers. There is also no mention of Floyds wins over fighters such as the criminally underrated Jesus Chavez, a two weight world champion on a huge win streak that gave Floyd one of his toughest nights. He lacked that big signature win but he was unquestionably a real handful for anyone in his prime.
I have no idea why Gatti gets mentioned he isn't close to being near Floyds top wins though it was probably his best performance. Nobody puts any stock into anything but his performance. He likely has 20 better wins than Gatti

A good few also bounced back after defeat which is always important I.E Cotto regardless of the opposition he still won a title at MW, defended it vs a former MW champ & gave Canelo a real tough night therefore he must've had a good bit left in the tank.
