Wouldn't it be something if Tarver could actually shrug off Mir or Mir actually knocked Tarver out? cool fight
Bro. Frank has been thinking he can box for awhile now. He's been standing up with MMA guys, despite being one of the few HW's who got niiiiice ground skills, & getting splattered on the floor. So nah he won't try to do any grappling or takedowns cuz his ass barely does those things in MMA in recent years lol.

I listen to his podcast & somewhat surprised by this move as there were rumors he was talking to BKFC after Bellator cut him loose + he was seemingly focusing on his daughter's career who just turned pro awhile back (2-0 now).

’The Magic Man wants to see if he has any tricks left in the bag.‘

How the hell is beating an old UFC fighter going to prove that you have tricks left in the bag??!! This is another one of those modern day Circus Fights. Oh well, it will be a short lived, possibly dramatic demolition.

Holy fook. Just looked up Tarver & he's 52yrs old. I knew he was up there, but didn't think he was THAT far up there.

Not that it'll matter vs Mir or anything. I was just surprised how old he was.

Also lmfao is this fight 10 rounds? Mir better hope he gets KO'd early or he's gonna have a stroke if this fight lasts 10 rounds.

Yeah, I guess Tarver is an old fighter too, but he is - or was a world class boxer who can ****. Mir has a very slim chance of winning this. Tarver will almost certainly win by KO. At least us boxing fans can use Tarver’s destruction of Mir as another example of boxers being better fighters/ athletes than UFC MMA types. Lol

Beating MMA fighters in a boxing match where they cant use 75% of their weapons lol.

I honestly think this will be more competitive than people are expecting too. Both are badly washed up but Mir is 11 years younger and a legitimate HW.
