it's different kinds of meats with just cilantro , onions , pickled carrots , jalapenoes , pickled daikon radish with soy sauce , hot sauce and vietnamese ****ed mayonnaise on a french baguette roll.

the meats can be beef pate , grilled chicken , shredded pork , shredded pork skin , grilled pork , beef meatballs , pork meatballs , etc. in any combination.
