Its sooo the other way around bro..lol but thats just what i think

like to me its coz sweet pea actually ducked every punch however possible while floyd ducks and blocks punches

and i cant see how sweet pea would have better offense than floyd.. i really cant

even though oscar had never fought at welterweight and was moving up from 140 and whitaker had been a welterweight for 5 years and had even fought at 154?

I'm only 17, so I didn't see Tyson's prime. Had no clue he was so great defensively.

He ducked and all that and I agree it was very effective but mayweather infighting is much better IMO..I could be wrong....also it could be that each fighter (mayweather & whitaker) had very different defensive styles....Prince Naseem and Sweet Pea have similar defensive styles...and Mayweather & James Toney have similar defensive styles.....

After two or three rounds his defense was very ordinary.

you mean taller? boxing is determined by weight classes though. i forgot floyd fans can look at someone and tell who is bigger without weight classes.

Oscar is clearly bigger than Pernell at WW. It really doesn't matter if Pernell had been fighting at WW for 5 years. Floyd fought at WW longer than Hatton, yet fight night Hatton outweighed Floyd.
