yeah, it's always great when a small great fighter(Whitaker) fights a big great fighter(Oscar) and doesn't sustain much damage. That's why I watch boxing, so I can see stuff like that.

My belief is that defense and counter punching go hand in hand, you can't be the best counter puncher unless your not a good/ great defensive fighter, same goes for defense. That is why I rate Mayweather's defense highly. Bernard Hopkins has underrated defense, in his prime he came foward and his only intentions were to put a serious beating on his opponents, he'd do his all to stop you and in the process, he didn't get hit at all. We're talking about a fighter who has never been cut, so I'm surprised that some don't add B-Hop to that list. Anyway, he messed up in the beginning, The Prince does not have a better defense then Tyson.
