    Pac and Cotto were going to fight whoever Arum put in front of them. Since they're both Top Rank, easy fight to make and keeps all the money in house for Top Rank.

          To the TS - that's part of the reason why they chose him. He's still a big name and a champion in a higher weightclass, and the fact that he is going downhill just makes him easier to beat, yet he would still get mad props for it. Exactly the same thing that they did with Oscar and Hatton. Smart business moves.
