Paulie arguably stunned Hatton in that fight when Ricky recklessly lunged in once, so from my perspective, he had shown some chin wear in 4 of 5 fights before Pacquiao. It's hard for me to give all the credit to Manny when Hatton's jaw had already been chipped away at.

Then I guess it should be a very easy fight for Pacquiao to fight a cotto who is slow, damaged, quitter, failure, etc. Should be NOOOOOOOO reason for pacquiao to KO cotto or make him quit before 8th round. I truly see it differently...Cotto proved he went as much as he could against a person who hits hard. (Prior to plaster contreversy) Sometimes it's ok to quit..(I box, I can relate to the pain)... Especially the amount of damage he took...come to think of it...I respect him even more that he "quit" because before the contreversy he fought HARD...and after...he has been vindicated by the findings of the plaster in Margo's gloves in SSM fight. (Now you can't tell me that "ThAT WAS ONLY SSM fight" but truth be told...I will always doubt the victories of margo pre SSM. It baffles ME, how some ignorant people here think Pacquaio punches like Tyson or something it's becomin annoying, he KO'd Hatton with one punch and??? Hatton already got whooped, not to mention Luis Collazo was also putting a whooping on him, people think Pacquaio is God, he was beaten a couple of times already, he can be beaten, and with Roach looking like he's looking nowadays I don't even know how he'll be able to train as hard just because he whooped old Oscar and Ko'd a drunk in Hatton all of a sudden he's superman, well let me remind some that Oscar already had a whole bunch of losses prior to meeting Pacquaio and was horribly inactive fighter for the last few years, sorry but I don't see Pacquiao knocking out Cotto, he couldn't even KO a washed up Oscar, it was a tko stoppage. Cotto didnt look like he wanted to quit, he looked like he looks in all of his fights...determined to win. Clottey is no slouch, and is a top 5 WW right now. Cotto knocked him down with a Jab. He didnt quit vs Margarito...his corner threw in the towel. And that was the smartest thing to do....why take pointless punishment? Fighters who's career is to fight know how much their body and mind can withstand. Your "gameness" theory is flawed, everyone knows SKILL wins fights.....

What has Pac shown in his last 2 fights? That he can KO fighters that are already done? Imagine if Cottos last 2 fights were against Hatton & DLH and Mannys last 2 fights were against Margarito and Clottey.....what would the outcomes be?
