Who made all of a sudden MP a LEGIT WW to KO Cotto? Give me what your smoking cuz COTTO is going to WHOOP that ASS!! MP will not have the POWER to keep Cotto from coming foward and will buckle under his own medicine taking power shots from a bigger fighter. PAC will not survive past 8th round. A treat for COTTO!

I see weaknesses in both fighters, even in their wins. It's going to be who opens up those weaknesses. Cotto is a very cautious fighter and he is slow in beginning of fight because he is sizing you up and trying to decide which way to go as he did with judah and malinaggi. They used their quickness in early rounds and by the late rounds were totally defeated. Pacquiao is a very fast fighter but he needs to realize that cotto is fast, good defense and very, very hard puncher. May the best...smart...fighter win.

I think they're equal on the defensive tip. When you put in a guy who's going to bring the fight to Pacquiao, he gets hit. The same goes for Cotto. Both guys are risk takers. But being a speed fighter and an elusive fighter are two totally different things. Pacquiao knows how to bob and weave, but when he throws he's very much open to get hit and comparing his last 3 opponents, Cotto is on a completely different level than any of those 3.

You're right there. Cotto would've fought Oscar at close to his natural weight if not 154, he wouldn't have made him boil down to 147.

Cotto kills Hatton in the first. He put freaking Clottey down with a jab. Nobody puts Clottey on his ass.

If pacquiao can take Cotto's power/punches then it'll be a long or short(lol) night for cotto. But hard to imagine a fighter who gets rocked by marquez/morales not get rocked by cotto, who is a better finisher than those guys.

Exactly. Not even Margarito could put clottey down with big shots.

pac has the ability to ko his opponent with a single punch. if he can caught cotto with that perfect punch then its lights-out for cotto.

That is the weakness that i see in pacman. He throws alot, alot of punches at a time. BUT.......he leaves himself sooo open when he does and hatton....ok, forget about hatton....oscar, marquez, morales, barerra never took full advantage of those openings and Cotto is good at openings. Does cotto get hit? OF COURSE, but it takes ALOT to knock him out. Can I see cotto getting knocked down by a flash knockdown? yep ! I think pacquiao best chances are to open that cut again and go at his cut, but we saw a bigger fighter in clottey open that cut in 2nd round and could not put cotto away. That is scary !
