Look-I hate to say this, but since you are mentioning Heavyweights...let me ask you this-was boxing a more popular or even exciting sport when the Klitschkos have been dominating,or when the likes of Tyson,Ali,Holyfield, etc were ruling.
As far as Adamek not getting respect-he has a very devout following in America and has become more and more popular over there, because he is paying his dues in a country he wants that respect from.He is smart enough to know if he wants to make it big in America,he has to fight there.Even other fighters knew that-Hatton,Calzaghe, and Froch knew this and traveled there at some point in their respective careers.Europe needs to sell their fights and hype them the same way that America does and you would probably find that the recognition would follow.Until then, nobody in the USA is willing to pay 50 dollars PPV for an obscure fighter that they have never heard of-thats just a fact.Also-I do remember when Klitschko fought in the States with Lennox Lewis, and even though Lewis got the win-all the Americans cheered on Vitali. If he would have continued on with those sort of performances in the States,he would be adored to this day by the American public, but he chose a different path.

No, two of the judges got it right, only one was unfair in that one.

            Calzaghe clearly won, 115-112.

Talor will look great for 6 rounds, and then Abe will put him to sleep.

I think Abe takes this one, but hats off to Taylor for taking this one deep in enemy territory. After what happened to Holyfield, you gotta think to yourself if you are setting yourself up for failure by jumping over the pond like this.

Should be a good fight, I got King Arthur winning a close decision.

That's debateable. It certainly wasn't as clear as you suggest.

So is that why all of the biggest european fighters have had their biggest fights in the good ol US of A?

I have to admit-A lot of fighters here in Oz have gotten respect in the States-like Darchinyan, Katsidis,etc-because they grew a set and travelled there.
