Shane Mosley couldn't beat Winky Wright which is one of the less dangerous in the list why should Cotto be ask if he could beat any of them. Mosley is now older and he's still a threat to Berto, Mayweather Jr. and others. Not many people thought Margarito had a chance against Cotto yet Cotto was able to withstand many rounds being hit by bricks.
All those fighters are much taller than Cotto, Cotto pretty good for his size, but I wouldn't compare him to Manny Pacquiao who's is one of the greatest fighters.

If he beats Cotto or not he's still should be consider the better fighter, because it is only Mannys size that puts any doubt in peoples minds that he might lose the fight. If Manny were 3 inches taller he probably would be a threat to Paul Williams.

Cotto is not even as good a boxer as Jermaine Taylor. Cotto got hit alot by the slowest least skilled WW in the division and lost by knockout. Kelly would murder him in two rounds. Allah, Jesus, and Buddah wouldn't be able to help him.

jermaine just got ****** in the first fight against kelly. in the rematch, he let kelly outwork him and as usual, he lost steam in the later rounds costing him points. assuming cotto doesn't get ****y and start throwing bombs in the early rounds and save his energy for the distance, i believe cotto stands a chance.

pavlik is a better version of marg but cotto's defense could still stand up to pavlik's offense. i think cotto's height disadvantage could actually help him because he's already demonstrated how he can duck and weave through punches.

No absolutely not, Cotto does not have the defensive skills, foot speed, or stamina to do what someone like Mayweather for example does defense wise. Even if Cotto used a high guard in a fight with Pavlik like Clottey does, Pavlik if any thing has great power and would easily bust right through it.....Cotto would have a slim chance of going the distance with Pavlik.
