USA..........by a huge margin.
Which Country produces the most hypejobs?

Chris Arreola, Daniel Jacobs, James Kirkland, Andre Berto, Lamont Peterson, Anthony Peterson, Steve Cunningham, Jeff Lacy, Jermain Taylor, Sergio Mora, Kelly Pavlik, Fernando Vargas, Victor Ortiz, Paul Williams, Paulie Malignaggi, Juan Diaz, Zab Judah, Kendall Holt, Demetrius Hopkins.
Also there's literally 100+ foriegn fighters based in the USA who are flat out overhyped in that country. Think Vic Darchinyan, Sam Peter, Edison Miranda... the list is endless.
All these and this is just going off recent times.
There is no other answer, just delusions.
No one has hyped up Chris Areolla, if you just check out the polls of him VS any Klitschko you would see 99.9 percent of this forum and even the press give him little chance for victory. Danial Jacobs and James Kirkland are not claimed to be the next best thing and Andre Berto is known by everybody as the weakest Welterweight title holder in his division. When has Anthony Peterson, Sergio Mora, Paulie M and Steve Cunnigham received any recognition? Zab isn't hyped up, but instead just given too many fights/shots.
Kelly Pavlik and Jeff Lacy in a way could be considered hype jobs as they were considered the heavy favorites and ended up losing in damaging fashion but Kelly could still redeem himself as well as Ortiz who is at a very early point in his career. Paul Williams is Max Kellermans hype job.Comment

Did you see White Britons list about the yanks? Haye isn't considered a hype job by the Americans, he was pushed heavily on HBO and even on this forum. Who has claimed Witter a hype job BTW? Also Hatton did have an impressive amount of hype behind him before the Mayweather fight and even for his Pacman brawl. It really depends on your definition.Comment

to the americans ALL brittish fighters are hype jobs
now i even see yanks sayin Kell Brook is a hypejob, and he is not hyped at all and he hasnt lost yet and has looked very impressing in his last few fights. yet americans call him a hype job, why? theres only one answer and thats because he is brittish.
amir khan and ricky hatton where hypejobs by defenition, now who else? carl froch, david haye? neither of them are mainstream names in the uk, never mind being hyped there. they are two good fighters, not great ones but good ones. but to the americans they are just two hyped up euro bums.
americans don't know the defenition of the word hypejob, and this thread will only prove how much americans hate brittish and european fighters. it feels like now it doesnt even matter what a brittish fighter do, he will never get any respect from americans. i mean carl froch beat pascal and taylor for example now im not saying he is an atg or anything but those where two good wins, yet americans say he is only a hypejob that got lucky and wont give him any credit. if froch was american there is no way you guys would say that.
and if we go back a few years, take Lennox Lewis, he NEVER got any respect what so ever from the americans. no way. yet he is an atg heavyweight. but to the americans he was also guess what yeah just a hyped up bum as usual when it comes to brittish and european fighters.
I know america has had alot more great fighters than britain and europe, no question about it. but does that mean that fighters from europe/britain can't be great? huh? its like you have a superiority complex, you have had more great fighters so what? does that mean all fighters from europe are hyped up bums? ridiclousComment

If any British fighters get a single ounce of praise, they're immediately hype jobs.
It's a sin to be proud of our prospects.
For example, Amir Khan. Everyone calls him a hypejob.
Well.... Who the fuck is hyping him?
Everyone knows he's got a glass chin, everyone knows he'd be beaten by the best. But he continues to get the tag of being a hypejob. Wank Warren promotes him, he's the one who comes up with these ****** PPV names. ' The Man Would Be King '. You think us Brits think that?
Pfffffft..
Same with Haye. I swear to God 90% of this forum think he's a heavyweight prospect from Britain. Not realising he fought at CW and was the undisputed CW champion.
Then there is poor old Witter. Who for a long time was a very good fighter, prime Witter would of **** all over Alexander. The Witter who turned up, who is 37 years old now, was by far past it.
Then someone calls him a hypejob.
It's kind of funny because you have Ortiz, who quit against Maidana. Not only that but the interview afterwards. On top of that Khan is considered more of a hypejob! Even though he has a belt against a top fighter in that division.
The perfect example of a hypejob is Lacy.
The perceptions of the general British public and of us British boxing fans is so far apart.
Hatton gets a lot of praise and news coverage because he comes from a working class family from Manchester. He's down to Earth and everyone seems to love him.
What better way to get people into the sport than Hatton?
I'm starting to sound like that 'aragh' troll who keeps talking about Brits/European fighters getting no respect from Americans, but it's true.
