yeah thats about the time I got hooked Jones Jr and Naseem Hamed very entertaining pulled me in.

My first big fight was De la Hoya - Whitaker. We had the old illegal cable box and caught all the big fights.

Sadly, it's only been the last 2 years that I've been REALLY getting into it. (Wednesday/Friday Night Fights, Classic Fights online, Thai/British/Whatever else I find Cards) But believe me, I am making up for it big time.

I've been hooked on boxing since '75 when my father took me to see a live local fight at Rizal Coliseum in the Philippines. Then we moved back to North America in the 80's (I'm an American who lived in the Philippines because my father worked as a nautical engineer for a marine construction company) and have been watching religiously since.

I now reside somewhere in Canada but I am partial, not in the nuthugging sense, to Filipino fighters, thanks to the likes of Ben Villaflor, Rolando Navarette and Dodie Boy Penalosa.
