and this is why the HW divison sucks right now. Welterweight superstars are making heavyweight money. It's embarrassing.

If this fight doesn't happen Haye just needs to get in the ring. Pick a top ten guy at random don't worry about who it is! It'll be a gamble but so was his whole move up to heavy!!! Just get in the ring and fight!!!!

I'm wondering if Haye is, in fact, scrapped as an opponent does the card get canceled or does Ruiz step in? I'm thinking the card will get scrapped like it did with Chagaev a couple months ago, and then the negotiations will have to start all over and next thing you know we'll be in 2010. Sad but very typical of the WBA and boxing in general..

you know the hvwt division...blah blah whine whine.

this is a bunch of sht!
                  ruiz stinking up the place.
wba make ruiz step aside! he don't even deserve a step aside fee from valuev.
let him have a mandatory against the winner.

to some of us in this world the haye/valuev is a booster shot to the division.
                  a valuev/ruiz would be a tranquilizer!

Haye should put all his training gear in a box and reopen it for Christmas because 2009 is a wrap for him. I still blame Haye and I'm not a Klitch fan. He had to know that Ruiz was the mandatory. He signed for the fight without making sure that was taken care of.
