those two were dumb, real dumb. If a guy walks around at 140lbs, then wouldn't you think it would extremely tough for him to make 140+ in fighting condition? Or have you ever watched boxing before?

If you walk around at 140+ and you're training profusely, you're going to lose weight. The weights would help him maintain or gain weight better.


Pac nuthuggers are trying all they can to downgrade and diminish Floyd and this fight, I wouldn't be surprised if Nacho said the opposite.

A good trainer knows not to let his fighter bulk up like that just to put on weight he doesnt even need. Hell, even I know that and so do u genious who knows all. Try again and come correct. And BTW, I acknowledge pacq as nuthing more than an opportunistic B+ fighter.

Fighters that turned pro with Nacho. If he's average at best, then every other trainer is garbage. No other trainer has trained 5 fighters of that caliber from the beginning. So you're the one that needs to come correct.

Like I said, the only thing this say is he's not that good of a strength and conditioning coach. A trainer knowing strength and conditioning techniques is a plus not a requirement.

The Pac nuthugger comment wasn't for you either, unless the shoe fits. I doubt the validity of this story anyway.

When you're training, you NEVER tell your opponent that you're weak in a certain area. You never tell them that you sprained your left hand or else your opponent will take advantage.

So why would a trainer like Nacho do that?

For the third time...This article is fake....Nacho was on a spanish language television station saying the exact opposite today.


He said that JMM had carried his speed to WW and that everything was on point.

that's what i was saying, assuming the article isn't a fake. i would believe nacho saying JMM is slow just as much as i believe floyd has a rib injury, much like i believe juan's plan is to attack floyd's 'injured' ribs. i.e. not very much at all. it would be like the cowboys, before their season opener, saying "our run game is really weak this season, we're going to play 75% in the air." no coach or trainer would reveal such information if not to mess with the opposition's plan. that being said, one doesn't have to pull my arm too hard to convince me this article is a gross mis-interpretation.

Don't know if this has been posted already, but it seems Marquez has had trouble keeping his speed since gaining muslce in preparation for his September clash with Mayweather Jr.
