nah, clottey is an opponent. berto is a hypejob. therefore destroying the hypejob should bring more money and glory.

Beating Berto proves nothing. Arum would say the victory is meaningless and say he should have fought Clottey. That would be his way of keeping his boys away from Mosley. And even if Berto brings a little more money you are not thinking about the long term. A decisive win over Clottey on Mosley's resume would look good.

Clottey was telling me he wants to fight Shane Mosley before the end of the year. I hope Mosley Vs. Clottey happens. It will be an interesting bout.

So its looking like Mosley vs Clottey with Berto vs the IBF Champ on the undercard. The winners will meet for the undisputed championship. Then hopefully Shane will have his fight with Floyd, Pac, or Cotto after. But something tells me that after the Cotto vs Pac fight. There will be Margo vs Cotto 2 next June at the Garden. So Cotto will have a tuneup next

Clottey deserves this fight. He has proven he is elite. Berto is a proven hypejob who has looked like **** against 140lbers while Clottey is going to war against Cotto. Berto is a disgrace who needs to rematch Collazo and take his beating again like a man.

everyone in boxing to you is an opponent gatekeeper or hype job. clottey is a very good fighter who would give any top ww problems and berto although overrated is explosive and a good fighter you should give some credit where its due
