What did you guys think of Danny Jacobs last night?

I thought that this fight overall was a great learning experience. He got caught and somewhat hurt and fought back like a champ. He didn't get into the theatrics and kept his composure.

He really needs to be 100% committed to defense though. But overall he's is a solid fighter.

I thought they tried to build him as a puncher and we all learned last night that he lacks big time pop in either hand. He got hurt by a true welter which makes me question his beard. All and all he is a B type fighter. I would like to see him and the Fernando Guerrero kid in a battle of prospects.

Looks like a decent fighter, he puts punches together nicely, has good movement and seems to have a good chin.

He still needs to learn a lot.
There were a couple times he had his head down and just swinging wild.
He didn't seem to have a lot behind his punches at all.
He is still young though. What is he 22 with like 18 fights. He still has time to learn. He hasn't been a pro all that long has he.

But he should only improve his competition.
Or atleast keep it the same level as smith.
I just hope he doesn't take some bull**** fight after this.

Jacobs was very sloppy. Nothing special. Has a lot left to learn. Ishe Smith was absolutely pathetic. Skillless.
