Pro boxing has never been like that though, I enjoy knowing about the business side of the sport so I know what to expect to happean and what is most likely hogwash talk.

The past is not all it is cracked up to be, and while things are somewhat different many things are still very similar.

Money issues also affects fight outcomes, not only the boxers... DON KING was a big reason for boxing to lose ground in the main stream media of sports years ago. Mostly by paying off judges and ripping off good boxers with contracts that were ridiculously bad for the one putting their gloves and getting in the ring. Golden Boy productions was suppose to save boxing and last night, boxing took a media blast from the worst decision this year so far.

Houston has become the worst place to have a boxing card. Juarez getting a draw months ago and Diaz winning last night... ALL THIS IN PRIMETIME TV is very very bad for the boxing business. Boxing will keep losing credibility thanks to Oscar de La Hoya, GBP, Houston Judges and any nuthugger who supports the outcome of last night main event.

Most of the people here in NSB believe Paulie is kind of gay for a boxer. The ironic part is that Texas is known to be a place for "real men", "cowboys" and "los mas machos".... can't stop thinking in the movie "Full Metal Jacket" when they said it best when they said that Texas is full of ******... Texas is really full of bull**** and I got no respect for The Texan Boxing Community, ****'em all!!!
